3 months ago they were the team at the bottom of the season, a laughing stock, with 6 consecutive losses and not a win in sight.  Fast forward and now they are league champions. BL All Stars have not just turned things around but have changed the game with an invincible season and a 100% win percentage.  So how did their success come about?  The main difference is they have made the grueling change from playing as individuals to playing as a team.  As well as having enviable talent each player has developed a great understanding of where each other are on the field.  A strong Captain in Farouk (who has a questionable love for Chelsea F.C), pace and skill from Femi, Jerry, Richard, Patrick, Edu and Larry and a good defence in Josh and Ade at the back. 

The All Stars most outstanding performance came against Cowley F.C, putting 15 past them.  All Stars looked like they could get goals from all parts of the field and always look like scoring when going forward.

Their main man had to be Larry. Quick skillful and with an awesome left foot he terrorised defenders and goalkeepers netting 22 goals this season.  His most impressive goal scoring tally came against Brixton Lions scoring 6 goals; matching Cowley's Dean "Ginger" Byrne's record for most goals scored in a game and got an entry into the Hall of fame.

The All Stars will have a challenge next season new signings and new teams promise to make this season much more open.  The major weakness in their game is their openess at the back which other teams will surely try to exploit. Has your team got what it takes to beat the Ballerz?
