A confident start by Tricks n Flicks with the team captain Sam scoring an explosive goal in the first couple of minutes, as this was a big motivator for the team, Tricks and flicks was pushing for their first victory of the season. It wasn’t long till Michael (their hired help from Newham) dribbled the ball pass Arvis and cheekly placed the ball into the bottom corner. Taurus was definitely under pressure to score at that point.  With shots coming in from left, right and centre it wasn’t long till Nerius bagged his first goal of the game for Taurus. It was clear that Tricks n Flicks were shaken by this as more goals from Arvis, Modis and a fantastic top corner goal from Ricardos before half time made the scores 4-2.  In the second half 10 minutes in play went out with no goals, but a few pushing’s from behind from Tauras. Richard opened the score and kept on scoring getting Taurus a heavy lead. Tauras dominated the second half with 17 shots on target it was a very exciting game to watch. They managed to bag 7 more goals increasing their lead to 11-2.

A great game and exhibition football from JFC. Silky came into this match knowing what their adversaries were capable of and had a good strategy of trying to counter attack however JFC played some wonderful football coupled with some good defensive play. The lead was takn early through Aqib who had a good game and terrorised on the right hand side and in front of goal.  However Silky skills were spirited in midfield and Chris was giving a great account of himself for silky battling away in midfield.  The JFC contingent proved too strong in the first half as they led 5-0 going into the second. 

There was more of the same from JFC in the second hitting Silky Skills on the break and although they were wasteful with a lot of their chances they created many more to compensate.  Mas, Faz and Aqib added to their tally and in a sea of JFC goals Silky Skills managed to pull one back through Abba.  The midfield battle was a lot closer than the score line suggests, but they were largely out played.  Final score 10-1 and JFC are just a win a way from the title.
